When buying residential property, you can exchange contracts with a 5-day cooling-off period, or a longer one if needed for due diligence.

Once Contracts are unconditionally exchanged we will manage the settlement process, ensuring all obligations are met.

LEASING

We also offer assistance with commercial leasing in NSW.

​We will guide you through every step of the process, from negotiating lease agreements to ensuring all legal requirements are met.

This includes registering the lease with NSW Land Registry Services, if required.
